I should have finished this work by now. (Đáng lẽ bây giờ tôi đã phải hoàn thành công việc này rồi (nhưng sự thật đến giờ tôi vẫn chưa làm xong)).

They shouldn’t have sent the report off for printing yet. There is still time to make changes. (Đáng lẽ họ không nên gửi bản báo cáo đi in, vẫn còn thời gian để thay đổi nó (nhưng sự thật thì họ đã mang bản báo cáo đi in)).
